A very distressing day! I am pretty sure My cat is getting an ear infection. I called the Vet hospital I have used for many years. Martinsburg Animal Hospital. They told me they could see my cat the first of October. My reply was that’s a long time for an animal to suffer. Their reply was, they fill up fast and I should take him to the emergency . Have been going here for 30 years, but no more! What is wrong with this picture? 😿

Worst receptionist in the world. My dog had an ear infection and was in pain. They would see her for over a day. I am a regular client too. Was told to take her to the emergency vet.
Amazing crew! Great care and very honest. Glad we changed to them for the primary care of our dog and cats.
We took our dog there 6 years ago to have his ears cropped and everything was perfect. I took two dogs in to have the same surgery done. Was told it would be 450.00 on the phone when I made the appointment. When it was time to pick the dogs up, the price. JUMPED 200.00! A few days after one of the dogs needed Re wrapped and they charged even more money ...
Best veterinarian in the area in my opinion. He's always willing to talk to you about anything and everything. He is a Hands-On vet unlike some of these other vets in the area whose veterinarian assistant does all the work.
Love this Hospital, they are caring and always show concern when I call or go there
