If I could rate a 0 I would!!! My PCP recently prescribed Mounjaro as a 3-month supply. Instead of verifying what was clearly an irregular prescription (written as 1 “pen” with three refills), the pharmacy chose to “interpret” it on their own. The result? They filled it as a 1-month supply, but still charged me the full 3-month copay and shipped just one box. When I called to resolve the issue, Kristy R. They started out great, providing good benefits and copays, but then stopped providing coverage in my area and were also part of a security breach tha may have affected my info. I would avoid them at all costs!
This is a horrible company . Never able to get any answers, always takes 3-4 days for anyone to respond to any portal request or phone call back . I have switched offices and it is still very frustrating dealing with trying to make sure my health is handled correctly. I had blood work done and the nurses told me my results but didn’t put them in the portal for over a week , and I got a run around as to why, 1- the one nurse didn’t know how, and the doctor didn’t sign off on them. Martin's Point should fall under a scam! They do not update their list of available doctors. We have called every doctor on MP's list of those accepting new patients. None of them are accepting new patients. Besides this, the have doctors listed at locations they have not practiced in well over 5 years. They also list doctors who are retiring as accepting new patients. I have called and tried to get a better list or have MP locate a doctor for me....their response...it is the patients responsibility to find their doctor... read more
Martin's Point compared to Brighton Marine Health Care, my former provider; well THEY SUCKS! THE F&%KING SUCK! Thankfully, I have the VA as a backup. They, don't suck so much as these jokers!
Takes forever to get a referral and help from the pill pusher who calls himself doctor. After over 3years I have yet to receive a true physical. Martins point is a sham and their level of patient care is a disappointment to say the least. They need to decide if they want to be a health care provider or an insurance company. I see this fundamentally a conflict of interest. I also had to fill out a questionnaire about mental illness and I am definitely suicidal but it was totally ignored. What am I to think now.
