Had me waiting in line for 10 minutes and she finally got to me, she kicked me out explaining to me that I was late. You can do better to your patients.
I was so stringent about making every appointment making sure I “filled their pockets” because every appointment is a paycheck, If you miss an appointment, -it’s a strike against you- if you miss three appointments you’re no longer allowed to see your PCP for an extended period of time. But God forbid you choose to change your PCP with martens point for a little while and then proceed to ask for your Original PCP back. I don’t think management cares about healthcare at all. I see my PCP, Shannon Moreau, at this office, and she's fantastic. As a PA, she's professional and kind. She truly listens and cares about my overall health—physical, mental, and everything in between. She monitors my labs and tests closely. At 54, she ensures I get my mammograms and schedules any necessary ultrasounds or CT scans based on lab results. She also makes sure I have my colonoscopy or do the at-home Cologuard test, which I'm currently doing! Her dedication to my health is remarkable, and I really appreciate it. T... read more
