Owner was very pushy and unprofessional. Had my vehicle 3 weeks and didn’t want to fix what the warranty company was willing to pay for. Texting my phone after hours on the weekend. I told the supposed to be owner the texting was unprofessional and she rudely told me to get my vehicle off their property.

Hi! I have copy and pasted all of the Texting correspondence with the customer indicating her statement is inaccurate. I also have video of how rude she was coming into the shop on September 23rd. We also did not charge her for the 3 separate inspections we performed nor the compression testing nor all the time I spent with her and her mother and the warranty company on the phone. My first two visits this week (for unrelated items) and I was very impressed. The place is neat and seems well-run; the folks friendly; and they were able to work with my tight time schedule and keep me on the road.
Professional service, customer courtesy was on spot. They helped me out of a tough spot without killing my wallet. Will definitely be using these guys for any future automotive needs.
