The rent has gone up over $300 in two years. They give times and dates for things to open, ie the pool which has not opened on time in the last 3+ years and the gym that’s supposed to be open at 8 is RARELY open at 8 on weekends. No upgrades to apartment. Kids bus stop is literally on the street, which is a very busy street and in turn gets the kids yelled at by residents that are trying to come and go.
