Martin's was amazing!! They were super helpful and gave me updates as the work went on. The staff was friendly and did an amazing job! My car looks so great!
Don't take your car there. They use cheap parts from junk yards instead of good quality and charge the top amount with very poor assembly results. Your car will never look the same. very bad paint job, all they use is cheap stuff. go to dealers body shop. They use better quality materials, paint and better qualified and certified employees.
Awesome!! Best repair service and customer care in Utah. My car looks better than when it was new. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Martins.
If you are going to have a HUGE American flag in front of your business make sure you take the responsibility seriously. It is completely disrespectful to not have your flag at half mass to show respect for Officer Doug Barney. This is NOT the first time you haven't done this either!
I usually don't leave reviews with people but this was an awful customer experience. I was treated like a fool. Just wanted a quote wouldn't give me one. I will NEVER GO BACK pitiful. I will always go to Adams G3 collision huge difference in customer service.

I'm typically not one to complain, but Martins provided me with one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. They're dishonest and they don't care about their customers--just money. You will be sorry if you do business with them.
Martins Collision really is a customer service oriented business! I had a hit and run on my car, which was a total frustration for me. I had just bought my car about 2 months ago. I was very impressed when I met with Michelle and Thiago they both completely understood my situation, and got to work with different options to best help me.
