I'm writing this review to share my extremely poor experience with martinsrealestate regarding a 40B house. We first tried to attend an open house that was scheduled from 5-7 pm, but at 5:10 pm, they sent an SMS saying it was canceled and moved to another day. We drove 2 hours for nothing. When we went to the rescheduled open house this time close to 7pm, we were met by a large, aggressive bulldog running toward us and barking loudly from inside the house. As a first time home buyer not sure of what the process consists of, working with Jeannie was not only informational, but also very personalized. She listened to all of my concerns and was very patient with me. I felt very confident in moving forward with purchasing my first home, which is a really big deal, so who you work with really matters. No question was never left unanswered, which made me feel really good about things. If you're thinking about buying a home, definitely consider Martins & Associates Real Estate.
