The front desk was very unpleasent, 0 gentle and agresssive. I dont recommend this service Center. Better take your car somewhere else

Be aware to be firm and repeat what is going to be done with the car. I took it to get my tire to get a plug and the man at the desk begin asking what kind of oil my car gets, I told him synthetic and he starts getting paperwork for a ln oil change even though that’s not what i came in for. I had to tell him no it’s only for a plug or patch on the tire. They will try and get any penny out of you be firm and aware of what they’re gonna type up. Great service experience. Honest service and flexible with necessary vs recommeded repairs. Explain patiently why repairs are required—and no pressure if dont take all the recommendations. Also work to help find applicable promos and discounts to help out with more expensive repair visits (usually without me having to ask). Highly recommend TC Miami Beach!!
