Awful service, dirty store, long lines, did I mention awful service?
DO NOT COME HERE!!! They are malicious pricks that only want to steal your money!! I went there with little knowledge of tires and they charged me 400$ plus a 20$ warranty for only two front tires. For that price I thought they were gonna be the best in the market. Fast-forward to 1 year and 3 moths after and the tires are in a horrible condition. The warranty expired after 1 year so it's not use. Today I had to change them for new ones and only paid 80$. The guys that changed mines today said that the ones I had were sheep ... read more
I understand that every review can be based on a single or a collection of experiences within an organization. With that said, I was at Martino's Tire yesterday, I was their last costumer. I was greeted by Julio who took my car right away to change all four tires and do an alignment. While changing the tires, I was informed that my front brake pads were completely worn, not only I was informed, I was also shown up close how the pads were gone and compared to the rear pads which were like new. Don't go here wish I read reviews first
I second the other review. These guys were straight-up dealers. They got the job done quickly: no complaints. When I asked them to quote me a price on an optional part, they did, and offered to pay me what they would pay for it, but they also said that they wouldn't pay that much if it was their own car. Fair. They checked on the brake pads for no extra charge. Done and done.
