I dropped off a blue Adidas hoodie to get a zipper repaired, and told them I would like the zipper to be blue like the original, but black would be acceptable. They said they'd call when it was ready. A week later, with no phone call, I called to check on the status, they said it was ready. When I went to pick it up, it had a gold zipper 🤦‍♂️. Use them regularly (twice a week) for everything (shorts and jeans included) except underware and I could not be happier. Their VIP service is entirely worth it and prices that can't be beat make this a no brainer for me. Highly recommend!

Lousy. I paid to have stains removed from the inside and outside of my purse. Outside was slightly faded, inside stains appear completely untouched. Not faded, not smeared or blurred. Nothing. I honestly believe they only cleaned he outside, but it literally made no difference on the stains. Waste of money, and the person behind the counter was completely unhelpful. Don't go here.
