I loved my 7+ years at the Martinique. The balconies are huge with unobstructed views of Lake Union and the apartment are large and open. Donna the manager is super friendly and hardworking. You won’t find a better place at that price in Seattle proper.
Lived here for about a year and a half - nothing but good things to say. View is beautiful. Our apartment was renovated and new. The inclusion of parking was a must. The manager Donna is always available and was a great help during our stay. Can't stress enough how amazing living here was.
