Valencia is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for about 3 years and every appointment is top tier service! She’s so personable, professional, and makes every appointment comfortable from start to finish. Her waxing services are always precise and effective. Valencia is an amazing owner and even better at waxing! She rescheduled my appointment efficiently via text when I missed, and was super accommodating. Her studio in Germantown/Mt Airy was clean, organized and comfy. There was plenty of parking. The wax was also super quick, well done and painless. I highly recommend this place for good quality services and a really sweet, professional staff. Thanks so much!
