Valencia is an amazing owner and even better at waxing! She rescheduled my appointment efficiently via text when I missed, and was super accommodating. Her studio in Germantown/Mt Airy was clean, organized and comfy. There was plenty of parking. The wax was also super quick, well done and painless. I highly recommend this place for good quality services and a really sweet, professional staff. Thanks so much!
