I just called and the dispatch lady could not understand my question. She asked me to repeat my question then placed me on hold to ask for help from someone else. She took longer than 10 minutes with me hold so I hung up. I called again and the line was dead. Their dispatch really sucks at answering questions and would only say “$100”.
Got my vehicle towed by them and somehow my spare tire, tools, and owners manual disappeared and they claimed they did not take anything, very bad experience
