En el 2015 compre un Camry 2015 el cual se miraba muy bien, todo parecía perfecto. Cual fue mi sorpresa que después de 4 años me di cuenta que me vendieron un carro que tuvo un accidente, me di cuenta después de 4 años por que la pintura se empezó a dañar, la pasta que le pusieron se empezó a quebrar y entonces me di a la tarea de revisarlo por dentro de la lámina. Y si, efectivamente tiene las marcas de los rematches, las cuales se hicieron para enderezar la lámina. Solo escribo esto para decirles que tengan mucho cuidado.
Compre un carro ai y a los seis meses tuve que remplazar el motor. Uno de los dueños muy grosero y dejo de tomar mis llamadas. Ademas en una ocasión able me confundieron con otra persona que tambien esta teniendo problemas con un carro que compraron con ellos. Muy mal servicio. Nunca comprare un carro ai.

Mejor servicio al cliente sin importar donde trabajas y no te precionan a comprar como W.M. Que aparte me dijero que no creian que con un trabajo en el campo no podria con los pagos aparte me querian vender lo que ami no me gustaba en cambio martinez ni un pero me puso en gustos me traje lo que quise y un excelente carro!!
I had multiple problems with them communicating wise. They seem always lost and confused and one person was telling me something from another employee that was working there. There were a few things wrong with the car I purchased which they were glad to fix for me but it took more than 2 weeks and they continue to be confused when I asked questions. I would only rate them 3/5. Even then they told me they would give me my plates, when I called 2 months later they said it was already on under their sign, which I then take off ... read more
