Could be better.. Been here for 2 hours and counting and they closed at 4... The staff is amazing, my only issue is that since there is only one doctor seeing patients, it takes a while to be seen. Other than that, its not too bad. I just wouldn't recommend coming for an actual emergency.
Dr brown, his nurses and staff are the best. Rarely do you find a dr who actually cares like dr brown. Absolutely love Martinez urgent care. The best nursing staff in augusta.
Great place. Doctor Brown is a great guy. I just wish he would certify my CDL physical card for two years instead of one. I use a CPap breathing machine.
This is urgent care and after 4 hours we left and had to go to the ER anyway because the doctors just didn't know what to tell us. If they didn't know they should have said something sooner and not waited til we forced their hand to tell us something. Plus an 8 on the pain scale, waiting 4 hours with no assistance to help that pain is wrong. The two Nurse(s) never took patients temperature even though two higher level practitioners asked for it. Great doctor & a good man. He helped me tremendously. He was concerned about me as a person as well as my health. I would recommend him to everyone. The staff is phenomenal. All the ladies are very professional & very pretty!! Keep up the good work. Jim Lokey
