Doctor Martinez and is physician Assistants have always been helpful to me. I've never had a problem at the Carrollton location. However, Mesquite is closer to me,and there's a tech. In the Mesquite Office ( And I know this will sound bad) If she were a man, She'd be punched in the face. Rudest Person you ever want to meet. Perfect example of a man going to school earning what he has, With an individual on his staff, Undermining all of that. I had a great experience with Dr. Ricardo Martinez and his staff. They answered all of my questions and I was even able to have a minor surgical procedure done with out being charged extra by other Dr.'s I would definitely recommend Dr. Ricardo Martinez he is so down to earth. I have already started to recommend him to friends and family members.

The actual doctors are OK. (I especially get along with the female doctor from India, maybe it’s because I’m a woman and I side better with a female doctor) But their staff keeps losing my blood. And their staff, who have been always kind of my face, claim that I lie. For example on this last appointment that I had was with them for my blood work. For demanding a wait of 4 hours, dr martinez shouted me to find another doctor, he expelled me from his office and threatened to call the police; He did not take care of me. I am with depression and without medicines, he is a bad person, sad I do not obey his bad qualification everywhere, do not go they will be badly cared for.

Yesterday I talked to a nurse about getting my prescriptions refilled. I'm sorry I did't get her name. She was very helpful and very understanding. She called in my prescriptions to Walgreens Pharmacy. The FUROSEMID was called in as 20mg. It should have been 40mg. I'm taking two of the 20mg. My 90 day supply will only last 45 days. Would you call in a prescription for 40mg with 45 day supply? Let me know. Thanks very much. Donald Kohne, 214-384-1412

Patients go in out out like cattle. Wait time is over a hour. It looks more like a low grade wall in clinic. Probably 20 patients in the waiting roo waiting to see the doctor. Don't mind calling his office because you'll be put on hold for 20 minutes.

The staff for dr Martinez is a complete JOKE.. very unprofessional and uneducated on SOP... too bad because DR. himself is a great doctor as well as a great person... if you have a “choice” stay away from this place !!

PLEASE READ!! This place is very unprofessional, rude, and my husband waited 3 hours to see a doctor and Dr. will not call in prescriptions they say they will! Going to call the Medical Board. This is totally ridiculous!!!

Very hard to deal with this office including doctor. He never has time for you, we actually only saw him once in the past year, sends his PAs or ''nurses'' aka med. assistants. Staff is very rude and money driven. Each time you go for your blood work, lab results will not be available to you unless you make another visit and pay him again to "discuss" your results. Don't get me started on scheduling and wait time.. eternity.
