I recently hired Mr Martinez for year end lawn care and a fall clean up. The work done exceeded my expectations and the dealings with his company were so professional; I decided that after 40 years of doing my own yard work I can confidently turn that responsibility over to Martinez Landscaping and Construction.
First of all, I will not use home advisor again. The only people that came to my house were unprofessional. They were an hour and a half late for our **appointment** The gentleman was unapologetic about it. Next, they measured my yard and I never heard from them again. Very unprofessional.
I was contacted with an hour of my request... estimate was done in the morning and the project was completed that afternoon.

They were very prompt in answering the Home Advisor alert, they estimated the job and we agreed to their quote. We set an appointment, I was notified that they only accept cash or check. On the day of, he showed up for 5 minutes and left. When I called him, he replied I need 1/2 before I start for supplies!! SHADY!! If he offered a contract, I would've paid 1/2...
They were willing to get this work done immediately and did an excellent job! They were careful with the tools and my home and cleaned up nicely!
I found them to be responsive, timely and professional. I needed a yard cleanup on a rather short timeline and Antonio responded right away, provided an estimate and we scheduled a date. They arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up thoroughly. It is just the kind of experience I want when hire someone. The 5 star rating says it all.
