I can’t stand this office. Every time I call no one answers and office switches to answering service early for lunch and Switches back late from lunch and then again early for closing. It’s miracle if they answer your call with the selected time frame they have available.
Would be nice if you all answered the phones or allowed messages to be left at least. Your automated system says to submit refill requests with the pharmacy but why does it take so long for you all to respond to a refill request that a patient has been waiting on for days. It shouldn't be that hard to get a hold of someone at a drs office so I'll be having my dad switch drs ASAP

I've never had a doctor in corpus excellent work
The staff pays attention to what I say and acts upon it. Many test are done right in the office. Easy to get an appointment. Tracy Pena is very attentive!!! Very knowledgeable!!
They do not know how to answer phones. There answering service. Is bad they say they are open on fridays on voice machine from 8 to 12 And on the web page 9 to 12 They still do not answer there phones and its Friday 918 am Thank you dr. Martinez

I became a new patient recently and found Dr. Martinez to be very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time necessary for a new patient and answered my questions and sent me out for the tests needed right away. Very happy with him and his staff.
The Dr. Himself is an awesome man..Except to the fact that he agrees to certain medications,but once he leaves the room and you question the Nurse they go ask Dr..and Dr. Makes you out to be a liar and says opposite of what was discussed in the consultaion...Then his staff OMG...I love Cindy and Letty but from there on UMMMM No Thank You....Very rude and All they do is Pass the bucket around...No one ever owns up to there own mistakes or lack of work..
