I have been coming here for years and normally my experiences have been pleasant. My last two visits were horrible. On visit one customer associates gave an air of “I don’t want to be here today.” I was also given a pair of contacts for a 30 day trial that I couldn’t use because they split on day one. I called and let them know the issue & asked for a replacement. I was advised in order to get a replacement that I needed to bring in the split ones. Great eye doctor
My daughter had an appointment today. We waited a month for I kept her out of school. We show up for our appointment time and they are closed. But not before they sent me all the emails and text messages for me to confirm that we were coming and it was gonna be a $20 fee if we missed it. So what do I get now that I had to go elsewhere and spend $269on an eye exam in one pair of glasses. In order to get her a school excuse when we had an appointment.
Admin needs alot of improvement! Tried to force eye scan cost on me. Lost the old prescruption I gave them as I checked in. Front office personal not very friendly. Wasted 1.5 hours of my time even with appointment but eye exam seemed complete and accurate. This may very well be my last visit with them. No management available to dicuss concerns. Seems income is only concern. Hope they can improve and this was my 2nd visit in 2 years.
