I had intended to submit a review after my appointment which was actually my very first appointment with this practice but it somehow escaped my memory. Here's my backstory, I was hopping from eye clinic to eye clinic because my former optometrist of over 15 years had moved out of state. Dr. B was the consummate professional, provided above standard examinations, valued patient care, but most importantly, he had a wonderful personality. RecommendedFriendly staff and the Optometrist was great Dr. Gallo.
They give you one price for contact eye exam service then when you get there they charge you for a regular eye exam an a contact fit. They messed up so I asked for a refund because I don’t trust there service and they only want to reimburse me half.

Joan was so helpful to me when I came in from out of town and needed contacts in an emergency situation! Excellent customer service to not only me but every patient I saw her interact with! I definitely would recommend to anyone in the area!
