I wen't to buy a new filter pump for my pool as a first time customer and the fat lady working there didn't even greet me and was very rude. I was right in front of the counter where she could clearly see me waiting for her, and she acted like I wasn't there and kept doing other stuff. Very unprofessional , I will never go back there
A few years ago I bought an above ground pool. No one would deliver water to us so we had to use our well water. Before I filled it, i asked another store what to do to prevent the dreaded brown color from the iron. They sold me $200 in chemicals and told me what to do. Well it turned brown anyway. When I called back they said to drain and start over. I then went to Martinelli and will never go anywhere else again. Rude to customers. Scheduled a time for them to come look at pool heater. No showed. Called several times and never answer their phone. When we did get to speak to someone they were rude and hung up on us.
