This company is losing business solely because of the incompetence of its scheduling crew. I personally made two appointments to be scheduled the same day (TWICE, both also confirmed, twice) and both times they messed it up...on the day of!! Took a 1/2 day of work, waited 6 1/2 weeks for an appointment for NOTHING!! Then the oh so (un)friendly, unprofessional secretary said I can reschedule for November 28!! This place SUCKS!!!!!!!! They are sooooo slow here! Takes FOREVER to be taken back even when I get here early!!!!!! I’ve been going here since I was little! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
To the Uniontown staff: I was extremely disappointed today! I had an appointment weeks ago in which I was cared for by a completely different staff and doctor... who were excellent! Hours have changed since then (understandably.) However, the hours they have posted on the door do not correlate with when they are actually open! Okay so for anyone in uniontown, I highly do not recommend Martinelli eye centers. I placed an order for my contacts, which mind you was $130 for a 6 month supply which is more than I ever paid in my life only to be told a week AFTER the order was placed that it’s possible I may not receive them until near September. Meanwhile I’m wearing 6 year old glasses that are too heavy for me and giving me migraines on the daily and they tell me there’s absolutely nothing they can do for me. Dr. Martinelli Jr and staff...Outstanding service. Both a professional and genuinly caring doctor, he has given my family the utmost excellence of eye care. Very grateful to have had him and his caring staff for many, many years.
