Martin Blu is a great place to live and is conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping, and parks. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly attentive to their tenants. Peyton is quick and responsive to questions and ensuring a community experience. Jason, who oversees maintenance at the property, excels in providing great customer service. He not only gets the job done but often uses plus-one customer service, asking what else needs attention and going above and beyond to deliver! Thanks!
I just moved here this week and my experience so far has been awesome! Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. My apartment is very nice and meets my needs perfectly. I’m very happy to be calling Martin Blu my new home!
The Experience is so far good it’s just been 2 months that We moved in. Definitely feel there should be residents only parking outside the building for those who wish not to buy parking inside. Parking seems like the additional income and residence for sure should not be compelled to buy parking as there are more inside parking available. Inside parking could be economical.
Peyton was a wonderful tour guide for showing us Martin Blu apartments/amenities!! Beautiful facility and she answered all of our questions!
I was one of the longest staying residents at the apartment and would recommend them.
