The maintenance guys (J.J. and Jason) are terrific! They always repair anything in my apartment in a timely manner and are both very fun to talk with. Even when issues arise in the middle of the night they will respond quickly. It’s pleasant having you guys work in the community I live in! Thanks guys!
Moved here when I was 7 months pregnant. The staff was always accommodating and helpful. Front the front office to maintenance they were purely hospitable and kind to me as a new mom. The neighbors are always the friendliest of any complex I’ve lived. HI’s, hellos and pleasant conversation majority of the times when passing. Lots of social events to bring the neighbors together so I think that helps because I never attended and everyone was always nice. Great location. Safe, never had any break ins or security issues. We recently moved into Martin Blu and have had a wonderful experience! Peyton was so helpful and answered all our questions in a timely manner, and was honest with us throughout the whole process, which we really appreciate! The apartment itself is beautiful, and the entire building is well maintained. The staff is all wonderful and kind every time I see them, I could not recommend living here enough! JJ and Jason have fixed each of our maintenance issues quickly and effectively, and JJ has even made our dog his best friend!... read more
