Moved here when I was 7 months pregnant. The staff was always accommodating and helpful. Front the front office to maintenance they were purely hospitable and kind to me as a new mom. The neighbors are always the friendliest of any complex I’ve lived. HI’s, hellos and pleasant conversation majority of the times when passing. Lots of social events to bring the neighbors together so I think that helps because I never attended and everyone was always nice. Great location. Safe, never had any break ins or security issues. The team at Martin Blu are very helpful and responsive. Peyton and Jason are best! They’re always quick to help with a smile, and I’m very happy living at Martin Blu.
The maintenance guys (J.J. and Jason) are terrific! They always repair anything in my apartment in a timely manner and are both very fun to talk with. Even when issues arise in the middle of the night they will respond quickly. It’s pleasant having you guys work in the community I live in! Thanks guys!
I was one of the longest staying residents at the apartment and would recommend them. I have lived here for years, and I don't believe management actually cares about the satisfaction of the residents. In the past two years, there has been various construction projects going on about the building. Maintenance is great, and your requests will be answered in a timely fashion, but be prepared to be charged for EVERYTHING, even if access of certain things are limited.
