My husband and I stayed here for 3 yrs. The staff was amazing and always willing to help. Big props and appreciation to maintenance. I rarely called, but whenever there was a vent replacement due, they would always end up fixing something additional. Very professional, informative, and proactive. We are going to miss place. Thanks again.
I was one of the longest staying residents at the apartment and would recommend them. Martin Blu is a great place to live and is conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping, and parks. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly attentive to their tenants. Peyton is quick and responsive to questions and ensuring a community experience. Jason, who oversees maintenance at the property, excels in providing great customer service. He not only gets the job done but often uses plus-one customer service, asking what else needs attention and going above and beyond to deliver! Thanks!
Livability is fine. My only issue is that I have no opportunity to change apartments without paying a fee after moving into the apartment assigned. The apartment has a smell like "cooking oil or some sort of grease" and the tub/shower is stained yellow with a repaired hole in it. My question is was the former resident charged for these items and if so why wasn't the tub/shower replaced? I will not take a bath in this unit which is disappointing. I just moved here this week and my experience so far has been awesome! Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. My apartment is very nice and meets my needs perfectly. I’m very happy to be calling Martin Blu my new home!
