I lived here for several years with my wife and kids. I am going to walk you through exactly what happened so you can make your own decision. When we first moved in, I was genuinely impressed. Peyton in the office is the real deal. Hands on, actually cares, made our family feel at home from day one. Martin Blu is a great place to live and is conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping, and parks. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly attentive to their tenants. Peyton is quick and responsive to questions and ensuring a community experience. Jason, who oversees maintenance at the property, excels in providing great customer service. He not only gets the job done but often uses plus-one customer service, asking what else needs attention and going above and beyond to deliver! Thanks!
My husband and I stayed here for 3 yrs. The staff was amazing and always willing to help. Big props and appreciation to maintenance. I rarely called, but whenever there was a vent replacement due, they would always end up fixing something additional. Very professional, informative, and proactive. We are going to miss place. Thanks again.
