Dr. Zaiac was recommended to me for a 2nd opinion on the best aftercare to follow after a successful Mohs surgery procedure. After waiting 45 minutes for my appointment, the visit itself lasted roughly two minutes. There was minimal discussion and the interaction felt hurried but also uncomfortable. Patients deserve time, attention and basic respect and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
