Placed an order for local delivery on 9/11. Flowers were never delivered although the flower shop charged my card $75. I’ve sent 2 emails with no response and the voicemail box is “full.” Don’t waste your time ordering flowers for delivery here as it seems they will rip you off as they did me.
We ordered flowers for my mother's funeral from afar via FTD.com. After another florist in town dropped our order the day before my mother's funeral, Martin the Flower Guy saved the day and produced an absolutely beautiful casket spray and floral arrangement in what was I'm sure an after-hours scramble -- not that you could tell. We are most grateful.
