My experience with Stanshine & Sigal was extremely disappointing and frustrating. One of the most upsetting parts of this experience was learning much later than I should have that my insurance policy was limited tort. Yes, I understand that technically I am supposed to know my own insurance coverage. The attorney marc signal is arrogant , professional and does not go to bat for the people that are hiring him to be his lawyer. My encounter with him trying to help his clients has been horrible he's yelled cursed and has been combative rather than willing to help his clients he's working against them rather than for him with the same goal. Don't hire this guy he's lazy and literally will prolong the process and empty your pockets while doing so. Been introduced to an unpleasant experience by selecting Marc as my lawyer. Word’s of wisdom never accept a referral from your tow truck driver after an accident. Long story short I’ve never saw my lawyer face to face and I’ve been played by the wellness center. After a crash that almost took my life I only received pennies after almost 2 or three years.
