We were first time home buyers and we were in the market for something a bit more modern. We came with a list of requirements and Marty was able to quickly get a couple of listings and options in front of us with appointments for us to visit. This greatly helped as it shortened our search process. Marty is the greatest! I worked with Marty a few years back when I bought our first (and current) home. Fast forward to now, after my Dad passed, we had to sell his house. Marty was great as always, he keeps you in the loop with every update, big or small. He makes the process so stress free and he truly does to bat for you.
