Went over there for a 24k maintenance, my car stable, no weaving or issues. After they finish my car struggles to go straight, almost got me killed when I drove on the freeway, so much distress. Turns out I said my car shakes on the freeway when I never said anything, just came for the maintenance. Went back all they did was change the alignment the issue still remains.

This is the most incompetent service department I have every seen in my life. Marina the service advisor, has absolutely no clue how to properly do her job. Let me start by saying that when I spoke to the service manager, he assured me it would not take more than 2 maybe 2.5 hours to complete an AIRBAG RECALL. Now this is not just any repair, this is an airbag recall! People have died, because of their faulty takata airbag! So I get there at 8:30, my appointment is at 9 am on a Saturday. I have had a horrible experience at this dealership and would never recommend to any family or friends. Hard to reach anyone for help, poor customer service, issues left unfixed by service. Ruined the Subaru experience as I dont want one again after having this lease with Ontario of Subaru.
Review for the Service Department. I took my car in for a clutch replacement and had the worse experience I have ever had. The dishonesty I received from the Technician Advisor Devin and the Technician Nicholas was beyond what you could ever imagine. First of all, I had to threaten to have my car picked up the following morning and towed to another Subaru for my car to even get worked on. Review for the Service Department: I have absolutely nothing positive to say. It's too bad there's a 1-star minimum. Besides being kind of rude, they messed up my AC during a pretty simple recall replacement of the condenser. I've spent over a week trying to get it fixed so I don't have to drive around in July with a weak AC. They don't return phone calls or emails. I can honestly say without a doubt this has been the worst customer service experience ever. I have put in several calls to this dealership including one to the GM, his name is Michael. I had a simple question, ( very simple ) but I'm about an hour away so I can't just easily pop in. NO ONE has called me back and it's been about 3 weeks. Mechanics like Stuart T***** at Subaru of Ontario is the reason I take my Outback to this dealership for maintenance. Not only does he know his job, he listens, is courteous, and tells you in exactly what is going on with your vehicle. Even if Stuart is not the person working on my car, I can go to him anytime for answers.
Horrible dealership, lied about almost everything. Lied about the price of the car, and many other things in the contract, not only that they had the audacity to lie about other dealerships being scummy as they are doing it. When I took my car for an oil change the first time, they didn't even tighten the oil cap all the way so I was leaking oil for an hour before noticing. Ridiculous and I hope this scum of a stealership gets caught up.
