The service man we had today was very thorough. (Mark) He took his time and explained each thing he was doing and why. It was a great refresher course for us old timers! Totally respectful and welcome to our home any time.
Completely disrespectful from the beginning. The older employee welcomed himself into the house before my mother could even point him in the right direction. Employees do not listen worth a dime. When asked to close the outside door to prevent the inside cat from escaping, we walked downstairs to find the door left open a total of 4 times. They were warned twice, before I finally yelled.
