RecommendedOur grill died after 18 years, we bought that grill from Martin's and went back to them because they sell quality merchandise. I was skeptical of pellet grills as I had always used gas grills. After talking with Adam about all of the different types of grills they sell, we decided to go with the Louisiana pellet grill. We are absolutely thrilled with our grill. The oak pellets add extra flavor to the meats and it has a searing area for steaks. I would recommend Martin's, they are knowledgeable and sell quality products.
Talked with Luke on Saturday and learned all about the many selections available for outdoor cooking. Went with an American made Primo Ceramic grill. Would highly recommend Luke and all the folks at Martin! Great and knowledgeable staff. Our Summer is going to be hotter and tastier!!!

I would like to thank Martins Sales and Service for helping me out over the phone with diagnosis of my Harman P-61A. My feed motor was not operating and I new it was something simple but I couldn’t figure it out. We went through a series of steps and pinpointed the problem. I was getting air through my fines door that I put on incorrectly while cleaning. I didn’t purchase my stove there, but they had no problem helping me out. I will be purchasing all of my replacement parts from them from now on. Thanks again.
I had a pellet stove installed last year by martins there guys came to my house and did a professional job with no corners cut I would highly recommend them if you want a first class product and service after my first burning season I had them come out and clean my stove they also as well did a excellent job making sure it was safe and ready for next burning season
Love my outdoor furniture. No more lugging stuff in and out for winter. I just leave it outside uncovered. I can’t tell the new prices from the old. Also very nice people to deal with.
Bought a Harman pellet stove a couple years ago and will be buying another pellet stove for my shop soon ! Great family business
I had two gas fireplaces that were not working. I contacted Martin Sales and Services and within two days one of their tech's contacted me on a Saturday morning and showed up within a half hour. The tech was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Within two hours both fireplaces were up and functioning properly. I would highly recommend the business to anyone.
Company who installed my fireplace is "out of business" so I did some looking to find Martins but when I did they were nothing but helpful. Spent time on phone discussing my problem and when I did make the 1 hour drive to Butler they were friendly and welcoming. After testing the fan/motor I'd taken with me Steve was able to determine what I needed replaced and was very patient with every detail for replacement and resetting. It was a breeze for me to install parts...thanks Steve.
