Why do I make an appointment time just to sit in the lobby for an hour or longer? Get your scheduling figured out. It's disrespectful to leave people waiting over an hour past their appointment time. But you charge them a no show fee if the patient is late? Comical. Also, send your forms via email in advance of the appointment, It's 2020.
Dr. Safko is superb. Sometimes the wait time is far too long. Staff are wonderful.
Such a kind and caring staff. Dr. is personable, thorough, and takes time to assess and explain to you. I will definitely never go to another dermatologist. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Safko or his awesome staff!
