Really disappointed in the customer service from this company. They sent a gentleman out to service our septic tank. After he looked at the septic tank he informed me that it was cracked and would need to be replaced. Obviously not the news I wanted to hear but I understood. He proceeded to pump the tank, I paid him for the work (265.00) and he left, never mentioning any issues he ran into. I paid for a service call for them to find my septic tank and they did absolutely nothing. We paid another septic service to come mark it and they did. Called for these guys to come out again, they did nothing, couldn't find our septic tank. The gentleman that was here said "there's no charge today, just act like we weren't here." Received a bill, called the office to explain & the lady I talked to called me a liar. Do not use this company, they come out and do no work and expect to get paid for it twice!
