i was surprised by how they were able to help me out with finding a car and how hard they worked in helping me. I thank them for their effort, even though I have very little credit history they were able to do it. I went to 5 different car dealerships and either most or all of them told me they weren't able to help me. So when I came to Martin Riley I had the same assumption. But I was wrong. I would like them to have a different way of organizing things. But other than that I am satisfied with Martin Riley
I had a great experience buying my 2007 jeep compass from Brandon at Martin Riley. I've never had more fun buying a car! Brandon is very upfront with you & honest about what he can do for you, considering your credit & income, etc. My credit is bad, so I thought I couldn't get a nice car or a loan, but Brandon made the process easy! For a used car dealership this place is legit. Jim did my paperwork and got me in the vehicle i wanted but brandon went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. A lot of people buy used cars and get mad or blame the dealer when it is something wrong 3 months later but he told me straight up that it's a used car, and as with all used cars there will eventually be something that has to be fixed, ie.
