The most unprofessional medical appt of my life. They first told me 3 months ago they didn't accept self pay since they don't take my insurance. They next told me a supervisor can override it and they called me back and said it had been overridden. Appt 3 months later. They charge me, get me back in the room and after 30 min kick me out saying no self pay. I explained to a deaf ear. Worst staff ever. Especially the forest Whitaker looking guy
Very kind and professional
I have a medtronic interstim for overactive bladder and it was placed in the wrong nerve so I asked him to replace it where it would stimulate my bladder so the day of the surgery they had me positioned on the table and when Dr riffing came in he told the doctor not to put me in the twilight sleep and he started putting shots in my hip to deadening it for surgery but he never got it deadening enough for me to relax for the surgery I felt him making the cut to open up the plan where the unit was put in and I really was in som... read more
Excellent physician. Dr. Rifkin has been my urologist for many years and has literally saved my life! He is upbeat and personable and extremely competent! My wife and I recommend him to everyone who needs a urologist! He takes his time with each patient, so sometimes things are a little slow in the waiting area, but, when it’s our turn, he is devoted to us and wha our problems are!
Dr. Rifkin is a very skilled, professional and personable urologist, whom I feel completely comfortable discussing my health issues with. Support staff are exceptional and office runs very organized. Highly recommend Dr. Rifkin.
I have been seeing Dr. Rifkin for about a year and I think he is great. Always makes me feel comfortable, encourages dialogue, and presents options for consideration. I FEEL INFORMED and I so appreciate his time. He helped me solve a bladder leakage issue in short order and has been helping me to address ED issues. Been seeing dr risking for several years. I like his manner of explaining things.the office is efficient and timely
One of the best Dr's i have know. I am 80 years old and i have known quite a lot.He is the only Dr i would let operate on me.The man knows what he is doing.
I am a retired nurse and I found Dr. Rifkin to have a great bedside manner. Very good to explain to me as what to expect before and after surgery.
