I would not recommend renting from Martin Presence. Horrible customer service. Weeks I have had maintenance issues but his company is slow to respond to fix. I have called, talked, emailed, texted but to no resolve on three maintenance issues. No response. All issues still need fixed.
Tried to go look at a place that we were very interested in until they said you had to pay a $30 application fee JUST TO VIEW THE HOUSE. They said it is for “safety reasons” lol what a joke
We have had a couple of different property managers for our rental properties over the last couple of years. We decided to give Martin Presence a chance because of the initial impression we had of them. The first meeting went great. The management fee is very reasonable. The staff is friendly. Sounded awesome. However, our properties suffered the most under Martin Presence Management during the 8 months they managed. We hired this company to manage our house since we moved out of state. As a realtor myself, this company doesn't seem very competent. We have been contacted on numerous occasions for powerage outage, garage door opener, and even where the cable plug in the living room is. Our house was built in 2012 so we shouldn't have been contacted about these things until other measures have taken place such as checking breakers, call Entergy (since lost power was after a storm), etc. In the contract with Martin Presence, it states they ... read more
