This doctor deserves 25 STARS!!! We live 4 hours away and traveled to Sibley to have my elderly father's cancer surgery. He's 91 years young! Other doctors in N.E. PA basically wrote him off as being too old for surgery, but, Dr. Paul's P.R.I.M.E. program for the elderly is nothing short of amazing!! His team is outstanding!
