The wait time is unacceptable. You can no longer schedule an appointment through their app, and call wait time is over an hour to speak to an actual person.. I’ve had nothing but issues every time I need to get my kids in to be seen.
Very disappointed. Ever since Cleveland Clinic purchased Martin Memorial no one picks up the phones. I have called the same pediatric number for 18 years and I've never had an issue until now. Being on hold for 10+ minutes and then being disconnected several times over the span of an hour FOR TWO DAYS is unacceptable. -Not a happy mama
In competent at best. Can’t figure out referrals patient placement or how to obtain proper authorization from insurance company. Person over phone no help and admitted to not helping.
We absolutely love this place! Malinda was my son’s physical therapist and she was absolutely amazing and super thorough with him. We learned so much from her!! My daughter zoey sees Eileen for occupational therapy and we also love her! She is so kind and gentle with her while teaching her (and is) the things that are necessary for her to Excel and thrive☺️ And reception is always friendly and keeps you up to date with everything!! So thankful for the people here and all they do for my children❤️❤️
EVERY SINGLE TIME WE COME HERE ITS A 3 HOUR WAIT PAST APPT TIMES !!!!!!!! They have gotten way too big for their britches. This is ridiculous!
