You all rock! My father has come to you all over the years for inspiration for gift ideas for my mother. Mother never disappointed. I came today for a watch battery replacement. I drifted, beautiful watch with orange numbers. Hmmm
Just have to give them 10 stars because 5 are just not enough. Perfect every time.
Rude & deplorable customer service. The staff was either unknowledgeable or rushing to close up shop or packing up the display items— 15 minutes before closing! Very judgmental & almost giving off vibes of a cartel/monopoly. Apparently they don’t want any business or new customers. Just glad I found out early on!!

I used to come here as child with my grandpa red and loved looking at all the rings and now i got my engagement ring from here! The staff is so amazing and always and were quick to resize my ring for me before my engagement photos. Cant wait to come back and get our wedding bands.
Martin and Martin is the place to go if you want quality at a great price. I’ve been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Everybody there is more than willing to help and they go above and beyond to service your needs. I recently moved to Tennessee, but prior to the move I noticed a HUGE loss in many items. I’ve been working with John H. to replace these losses - he’s the best!
