This apartment complex is a true rat hole! The property stays filthy day by day. This complex doesn't even have certified maintenance employees who can really fix things in the units. The resident manager Cynthia will have your unit busted, and your doors kicked in even if you do not have anything to do with people loitering in front of your door or the drug activities that happens at night in plain view.
