Brad is very hard to get a hold of and he might take a little while getting out to your place but he is a good guy and charges a fair price and does good work I have used bread for several years. Todd G.
The ONLY person who 5 starred him is his daughter. Go figure. He was given a job to install a unit and gave excuses every single day as to why he couldn't finish the job. He left us vulnerable and easy to rob. You could call a 5 year old and they would do a better job. Martin maintenance is a waste of time. AND a disgrace.

He promised to be by 'around one o'clock' for SEVEN DAYS straight, with me calling and texting him every morning after the first no show. Every day for a week he promised to arrive until I finally gave up. He would not return texts or call to explain why he did not show up. Being an old disabled veteran, I sat and dripped sweat for A WEEK waiting. I called Dan's Heating and Cooling. They arrived early and promptly fixed my problem.
