After so ma y frustrating experiences for doctors for my kids, coming here was one of the better choices I've made. I was definitely unsure but it was unfounded. Check in always goes smoothly. Never wait very long. And always in and out very quickly. Every other office Ive gone to in Vegas I had to plan to spend half a day. Here I can spend 30-45min depending on what time I schedule my kids. My husband even started going here based on our kids experience.
The time management at this location is ABSOLUTELY DEPENDABLE! Why even make an appointment. My appointment for today was at 8:40am I got there at 8:25am and was checked in by 8:35am and in a room by 8:40am which again, is when my appointment was scheduled for. The MA was about to take my vitals when I asked her if the doctor would be seeing me before 9:00am because I have to go to school. She responded no you’ll need to reschedule your appointment.
