I asked for a day off in my job to attend my appointment and 1 hour before my appointment they called to tell me the doctor called out today. I waited 2 months for that appointment and now I have to wait another 2 months. This is ridiculous. They are just wasting people's time. Don't recommend this place at all👎🏼
I have been with them for a few years now. And they have switched my Primary Dr. 3 times. You have to at least wait 2+ hrs just to be seen, even with a appt. And once you get to the back you still have to wait..
Doctor is amazing. Unfortunately front desk staff leaves a lot to desire. Not the best service. They're not very willing to help, usually give you a hard time. To finish, the call center, front desk staff, medical assistant and doctor are never on the same page. They tell you one thing and then someone else tells you otherwise. Have only stayed because of the doctor otherwise it is not worth the HEADACHE.
I love this office , it has taken me years to find a doctor's office in this town that I feel comfortable with. Every staff member that I have come into contact with has been professional and respectful. Of course I have my favorites. Dr. LoPresti is a PA has excellent bedside manner I have found the doctor that I can talk to about anything. And Cherika Johnson PharmD clinical pharmacy specialist. This is a wonderful person she has helped me so much . I'm a type 2 diabetic and for many years my blood sugar was not controlled... read more
