The time management at this location is ABSOLUTELY DEPENDABLE! Why even make an appointment. My appointment for today was at 8:40am I got there at 8:25am and was checked in by 8:35am and in a room by 8:40am which again, is when my appointment was scheduled for. The MA was about to take my vitals when I asked her if the doctor would be seeing me before 9:00am because I have to go to school. She responded no you’ll need to reschedule your appointment. Puticamano muy buena clínica
I asked for a day off in my job to attend my appointment and 1 hour before my appointment they called to tell me the doctor called out today. I waited 2 months for that appointment and now I have to wait another 2 months. This is ridiculous. They are just wasting people's time. Don't recommend this place at all👎🏼
I have been with them for a few years now. And they have switched my Primary Dr. 3 times. You have to at least wait 2+ hrs just to be seen, even with a appt. And once you get to the back you still have to wait..
Doctor is amazing. Unfortunately front desk staff leaves a lot to desire. Not the best service. They're not very willing to help, usually give you a hard time. To finish, the call center, front desk staff, medical assistant and doctor are never on the same page. They tell you one thing and then someone else tells you otherwise. Have only stayed because of the doctor otherwise it is not worth the HEADACHE.
