I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I went to Dr. Lanoff for an epidural. Apparently, my doctor didn't call with her diagnosis and my need for the procedure before my appointment. Yet, he did the procedure without the referral, which was a little concerning. He hadn't seen my X-Rays or MRI and did the procedure. He was extremely friendly and put me at ease, but he never called to check on me once all was said and done. He was friendly and three different doctors recommended him to me, but the procedure didn't really help me and it was extremely painful.
He send me to many tests, very involved in my rehabilitation etc.
