Buying a car there was a very pleasant low-key experience. Everyone I had to do business with at the dealership was very nice. Especially my salesman whose name was Parker. I would recommend anybody going there to ask for him by name.
Parker was amazing to work with from start to finish. He is helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Thank you, Parker for the best car buying experience! We love our new Kia!
Had some factory issues with our Kia. I just wanted to say Logan dove into the issue and fixed it. So definitely happy with Logan for seeing this thru and doing a great job! Also Nick was very nice to deal with. Emily the receptionist is fantastic in customer service always a pleasure talking to her.
Dealership damaged my vehicle during a routine oil change. I had to find out myself that my own vehicle was damaged. No sense of urgency to tell me that they damaged my vehicle. No apology either. Now, I get to take my vehicle back to them and hope they replace the damaged part correctly without causing anymore damage. I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Years ago I left 5 stars for the good sales services here. Today I change it to 1 star due to the service center. When I first bought a car the were ignorant and did not snap the plastic back into place after an oil change. When I called they told me (they were still open) to just come back tomorrow and they’d “look at it”. Had to basic yell at them for a new part.
