Dealership damaged my vehicle during a routine oil change. I had to find out myself that my own vehicle was damaged. No sense of urgency to tell me that they damaged my vehicle. No apology either. Now, I get to take my vehicle back to them and hope they replace the damaged part correctly without causing anymore damage. I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Years ago I left 5 stars for the good sales services here. Today I change it to 1 star due to the service center. When I first bought a car the were ignorant and did not snap the plastic back into place after an oil change. When I called they told me (they were still open) to just come back tomorrow and they’d “look at it”. Had to basic yell at them for a new part. Oh, ya'll! We just bought our new Kia and cannot be more pleased. The staff was so professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Our salesperson, Lew, was extraordinary in every way. We certainly would recommend Don Franklin as your go-to dealer!
Sales experience was superb! Thank you, Parker! We bought a brand new Kia K5 and added all the warranties, including paintless dent repair. Unfortunately, a few days later, a deer ran into the car and put a few small dents in the side. I called to make an appt with the service department in Bowling Green to look at it. He did tell me all of their body repair takes place in Glasgow but they would take a look to see what I needed to do.
