He is a great listener. He is honest when he explains what your needs and wants are. He will call you if he has a question.
Very friendly and professional.
I have been going to him for years and never missed an appointment. I take off work early and it is a 45 minute drive one way. When I got there I am told they gave my appt to someone else since they couldn’t reach me via phone to confirm my appt. That is terrible service to a reliable long time client. How would they like if I charged them for my time off work and gas? Now I have to wait until I can find another dentist.
I was very disappointed with his service. The receptionist was not friendly at all, and he was not caring. I feel like if I was another race, I would have gotten better treatment.
Dr. Echol's has been our family dentist for over 25 years and I am now bringing my 15 year old to him after leaving Dr. Baker's office as a child. I would recommend him to anyone.
