Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

I liked how knowledgable the dentist is. He introduced himself and explained everything to me. He explained to my daughter what he would be doing and why. He went the extra mile to assist me and my daughter and there was not a long wait time.

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they were disgusting Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
