I am very disappointed in this outpatient lab. I need a Metal Sensitivity Lab draw. I have the doctor order and I have the Orthopedic Analysis Kit. They said "no" they dont do it. No explanation. I am having a knee replacement in April and need this test done since I am, allergic to nickel. WOW! What the heck!
Jason who works at the front desk is amazing! He went out of his way to take my paperwork back to Dr Roczniak and his Nurse. He then informed me Dr would return tomorrow to review. I really love this office! It's like going back in time when people really cared! Thank you Jason!!!!
Horrible experience with their service during my pregnancy. From them canceling my existing appointment 30 minutes before the appointment time (while on my way to the appointment already) because the doctor got busy in the hospital, to then re-schedule the appointment with a nurse practitioner that did not see OB patients!! ( and I only found out until the day before the new appointment), to them telling me they don’t have any appointments available until days after my delivery date (this was at week 34- last appointment). I went here for Gastro, Norma Pichardo, PA - amazing experience here. I came at 245 for a 3pm appt by 250 they had me seated I was out of there by 330… they helped me schedule my ultrasound and other procedures. Every singe staff member I encountered was phenomenal.. friendly, warm, smiley, welcoming. As someone that works in healthcare I really really appreciate this. Thanks again team!
I’m not going to call out the Nurse practitioner by name because I have no choice where to go due to insurance. New to the area. And I had a prescription that needed to be transferred from my old doctor. It took me five tries both calling and leaving written messages. Then the office staff member calls me and is very rude about it and she just says coldly the medicine was called in. Like she didn’t care at all. I will be transferring to a new doctor and hope the next one is better
