I have the top monthly plan & you would think service would be great but its terrible. Both 12st & 66st locations, the guys in charge of washing do a shifty job! They dont wash wheels or tires & i literally have to beg them to do it even though its already paid for. They dont rinse dirt or mud off car before washing & my brand new car has tons of scratches because of it. I try explaining to them on what to do in Spanish & English & they pretend they dont understand. New rubber mats they melted them from leaving them in dryer... read more
For the price I paid, the cleaning was decent and incredibly fast. Just don’t expect an ultra deep interior clean, that’s what detailing is for. Definitely recommended!
It's the worst washing service I've ever had, how can it be possible that a whole car wash doesn't have a vacuum cleaner and a rag at least to clean inside. I paid for the most expensive laundry that cost $25 and they weren't even able to vacuum it well inside, they didn't get a rag to clean it at least the cup holder they didn't have any of that and if you tell them that they cleaned it badly they get angry and go to other cars and on the outside it's not to say it's a half cleaned and for them your money is worth nothing. ... read more
