Beware!!! – Our 1st appt we were early, the dr (Costello) himself was almost an hour late and then proceded to lecture us about how our appt was a contract. If we respected his time he'd respect ours. Our 2nd appt was with his assoc Don Van Hooff. He was also late by almost half an hour despite having no other patients in the office. He was very nervous, scattered and had to leave the room repeatedly for things he forgot. Did not seem to understand any of his assoc's notes and did not listen to our concerns.
