We have had numerous problems with Martin general. The nursing staff is 100% wonderful and respectful. But the ending call from the doctor of this last Saturday night ... Terrible call!! My grandmother should have been transported to Pitt and wasn't. Now she is in Pitt in ICU with major complications
I had a great experience. The nurses and Dr's were very professional and helpful. I had surgery in October and will be going back in December for my 2nd surgery. Thank you all!
I recently had a procedure done at Martin General Hospital that required an over night stay. Dr Harbin with Roanoke Women's Healthcare was my doctor. No one likes to have surgery or be in a hospital but I must say this was a very good experience with both the doctor's office and the hospital. From my first visit, to my surgery, to my stay over night, to my discharge, to my follow up.......the entire time the nurses in the office, the operating room and the hospital were awesome!
