Received a bill for near $10,000 between the physician charges and the hospital charges. When I asked for an itemized copy of the account and I compared those charges with what the national average is for some of those charges I found they were not in alignment. An example would be a comp metab panel charge for $722 when the national average is $27. I also was charged for an extended visit of $1540 and never received clarification on what determines this charge. For example do I need to be there 3 or 4 hours for this charge ... read more

This is by far the worst Er hospital in North Carolina the whole staff is nasty from nurses to doctors even down to the receptionist and none of them don’t know how to talk to people. The disrespect is real and they need to shut the whole place down. The people that work in Martin General don’t care about anybody or anything but a check and it shows

The staff have bad manners, they keep you in there all night while they sitting around doing nothing, I would die trying to get to Greenville before I return to Martin General

Been here for 3hrs still haven’t seen a DR for my 1yr old son... you’re better off going to your own private doctor 🤦🏽‍♀️
